RunningAalborg reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any services, features, or content on the website at any time without prior notice.

4. Booking and reservations

4.1 Group size: Our tours are designed for a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 8 participants to ensure a quality experience.

4.2 Weather conditions: Tours will proceed regardless of weather, unless conditions are deemed dangerous. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

4.3 Personal belongings: Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings during the tour.

5. Payment

All tours must be prepaid at the time of booking via our secure payment gateway. All transactions are final.

6. Cancellation policy

Cancellations can be made up to 7 days before the tour date for a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour date. Refunds takes 5-10 business days.

7. Limitation of liability

RunningAalborg is not responsible for any personal injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the tour. Participants are advised to have their own insurance.

8. Copyright and intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of RunningAalborg and is protected by copyright laws.
